My Story
My journey began in the UK and I have been fortunate enough to live in three continents. I have now found my home in vibrant Singapore. Alongside my husband, I proudly raises two energetic young boys who inspire my ongoing learning and growth.
After over 15 years as a financial professional, I took a reflective break from the corporate world and pursued my true passion; helping people on a more personal level and retrained as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My professional and postgraduate training focused on evidence based techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focused brief therapy (SFBT) and clinical hypnotherapy, and i utilise a combination of approaches to ensure a tailored and unique approach to each individual client. I am registered with the international council of integrative psychotherapists.
My expat experiences have shaped my understanding of global diversity and the universal challenges we all encounter, whilst also underscoring how we are all connected by our shared desire of happiness.
Beyond my professional life, I dedicate time as a helpline officer and mentor for organisations such as AWARE, providing vital support to those in need. An avid foodie and travel enthusiast, I delight in exploring new cultures and cuisines. I spend weekends playing and dancing with my kids, whilst also cherishing evenings out dining with friends.
